2. Visita del sito

Quando visiti teclia.ch, il server web che gestiamo su infrastruttura Amazon Web Services registra automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici trasmessi dal tuo browser (file di log): indirizzo IP, data e ora dell'accesso, pagina richiesta, codice di stato, quantità di dati trasferiti, pagina di provenienza (referrer), tipo e versione di browser e sistema operativo.

Questi dati servono esclusivamente a garantire il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito (ad esempio per individuare e respingere attacchi). Non li colleghiamo ad altre fonti, non li usiamo per identificarti né per statistiche di marketing. I file di log vengono cancellati automaticamente dopo al massimo 30 giorni, salvo che servano a chiarire un incidente di sicurezza concreto.

3. Nessun cookie, nessun tracciamento

Il sito non utilizza cookie, né strumenti di analisi (come Google Analytics), pixel di tracciamento, profilazione o pubblicità. Per questo non ti chiediamo alcun consenso: non c'è nulla da consentire.

L'unica informazione salvata nel tuo browser è la lingua che scegli (IT o EN), memorizzata localmente (localStorage) per mostrarti le altre pagine nella stessa lingua. Non contiene dati personali, non viene mai trasmessa al nostro server e puoi cancellarla in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del browser.

Tutti i contenuti — testi, immagini e caratteri tipografici — sono serviti direttamente dal nostro server. Il sito non carica risorse da servizi di terzi (ad esempio Google Fonts o mappe incorporate), quindi durante la navigazione il tuo indirizzo IP non viene trasmesso a nessun altro.

4. Quando ci contatti

Puoi contattarci per e-mail, per telefono o tramite il modulo di contatto. Il modulo non invia dati al nostro server: si limita ad aprire il tuo programma di posta con oggetto e messaggio già compilati, e sei tu a decidere se inviare l'e-mail.

Trattiamo i dati che ci comunichi (nome, indirizzo e-mail, numero di telefono, azienda, contenuto della richiesta) al solo scopo di rispondere e, se ne nasce una collaborazione, di preparare e gestire il mandato. Non li usiamo per newsletter o marketing e non li cediamo a terzi.

Conserviamo la corrispondenza per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta. Se ne deriva un rapporto commerciale, i documenti rilevanti vengono conservati per 10 anni, come previsto dall'obbligo di conservazione del Codice delle obbligazioni (art. 958f CO).

5. Destinatari e fornitori

Il sito, il dominio e la ricezione della posta elettronica si basano su Amazon Web Services (AWS), che tratta i dati esclusivamente per nostro conto e secondo le nostre istruzioni:

  • server web: regione AWS eu-central-1, Francoforte (Germania);
  • posta elettronica (Amazon SES): regione eu-west-1, Irlanda;
  • gestione DNS del dominio: Amazon Route 53.

Germania e Irlanda sono Stati il cui livello di protezione dei dati è riconosciuto come adeguato dal Consiglio federale. AWS è però una società statunitense: indipendentemente dalla posizione dei server, può essere tenuta a consegnare dati alle autorità degli Stati Uniti in base al diritto americano (in particolare il CLOUD Act). Lo indichiamo in modo esplicito perché riteniamo giusto che tu lo sappia.

Non vendiamo né cediamo dati personali a terzi. Una comunicazione ad autorità avviene solo se imposta dalla legge.

6. Link verso altri siti

Il sito contiene link a siti esterni, ad esempio a Google Maps per la nostra posizione o al sito personale di Dino Pelloni. Nessun dato viene trasmesso finché non clicchi il link; da quel momento si applica l'informativa sulla privacy del sito di destinazione.

7. Dati trattati nell'ambito dei mandati

I dati a cui accediamo durante un check-up o un audit di sicurezza presso un cliente non rientrano in questa informativa: il loro trattamento è regolato dal contratto di mandato e, se necessario, da un accordo specifico sul trattamento dei dati, con obbligo di riservatezza.

8. Sicurezza

Adottiamo misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate per proteggere i dati da accessi non autorizzati, perdita e manipolazione. In particolare, la connessione al sito è sempre cifrata (HTTPS/TLS). La sicurezza delle informazioni è il nostro mestiere: applichiamo a noi stessi i criteri che verifichiamo presso i clienti.

9. I tuoi diritti

Secondo la LPD hai il diritto di:

  • sapere se e quali dati personali trattiamo su di te (diritto d'accesso);
  • far correggere dati inesatti;
  • chiedere la cancellazione dei tuoi dati o opporti al loro trattamento, salvo obblighi legali di conservazione;
  • ricevere i dati che ci hai fornito in un formato elettronico di uso comune;
  • revocare in qualsiasi momento un eventuale consenso, con effetto per il futuro.

2. Visiting the website

When you visit teclia.ch, the web server we operate on Amazon Web Services infrastructure automatically records certain technical data sent by your browser (log files): IP address, date and time of access, requested page, status code, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser and operating system type and version.

This data is used solely to keep the website running and secure (for example, to detect and block attacks). We do not combine it with other sources, and we do not use it to identify you or for marketing statistics. Log files are deleted automatically after no more than 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), tracking pixels, profiling or advertising. That is why we don't ask for your consent: there is nothing to consent to.

The only information stored in your browser is the language you choose (IT or EN), saved locally (localStorage) so that other pages are shown in the same language. It contains no personal data, is never sent to our server, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

All content — text, images and fonts — is served directly from our own server. The website loads no resources from third-party services (such as Google Fonts or embedded maps), so your IP address is not passed on to anyone else while you browse.

4. When you contact us

You can reach us by email, by phone or through the contact form. The form does not send any data to our server: it simply opens your email program with the subject and message pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it.

We process the data you give us (name, email address, phone number, company, content of your request) only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to prepare and manage the engagement. We do not use it for newsletters or marketing, and we do not pass it on to third parties.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request. If a business relationship results, relevant documents are kept for 10 years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations (art. 958f CO).

5. Recipients and service providers

The website, the domain and incoming email are based on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which processes data only on our behalf and according to our instructions:

  • web server: AWS region eu-central-1, Frankfurt (Germany);
  • email (Amazon SES): region eu-west-1, Ireland;
  • domain DNS: Amazon Route 53.

Germany and Ireland are countries whose level of data protection is recognised as adequate by the Swiss Federal Council. AWS is, however, a US company: regardless of where its servers are located, it may be required to hand over data to US authorities under US law (in particular the CLOUD Act). We state this explicitly because we believe you should know.

We do not sell or pass on personal data to third parties. Data is disclosed to authorities only where required by law.

6. Links to other websites

This website contains links to external sites, for example Google Maps for our location or Dino Pelloni's personal website. No data is transmitted until you click such a link; from then on, the privacy policy of the destination site applies.

7. Data processed during engagements

Data we access while carrying out a check-up or security audit for a client is not covered by this policy: its processing is governed by the engagement contract and, where necessary, by a specific data processing agreement, under a duty of confidentiality.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and tampering. In particular, the connection to this website is always encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Information security is what we do: we hold ourselves to the same standards we assess at our clients.

9. Your rights

Under the FADP you have the right to:

  • know whether and which personal data we process about you (right of access);
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • request deletion of your data or object to its processing, unless we are legally required to keep it;
  • receive the data you provided to us in a commonly used electronic format;
  • withdraw any consent at any time, with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, write to info@teclia.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity. We normally reply within 30 days, free of charge.

You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, www.edoeb.admin.ch.

If you are located in the European Economic Area and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, you have the equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
